In this seminar, Enrique talked about the wine’s production process: how the vineyards were separated into individual lots and the collaboration with the Boissenot family, and how thanks to their experience began this “good obsession” with soil studies, one of the key factors in the production of Don Melchor.
At this time, Karen was able to taste three of the wine’s vintages: 2013, 2016 and 2017, and participants had the chance to learn more about the different vintages and how they compare to each other.
