Don Melchor made a virtual winemaker tour with specialized media from the United States

Following Don Melchor’s most recent and potent media strategy that included Instagram Lives, Webinars, and exclusive Zoom meetings, now, a new format has arrived: podcasts.

To strengthen its brand presentation, Don Melchor organized a Virtual Tour in September with different specialized media from the United States. Enrique Tirado, Don Melchor’s General Manager, participated in this tour via Instagram Lives and Podcasts. Some of the “visited” media were @WineTerroir, @TheRealHouseWine, @ChasingtheVine, @Petitewinetraveler, Several Podcasts were added, which are long-lasting radio programs that can be downloaded or published on a website, blog, or even on platforms such as iTunes, Spotify, among others. Throughout September, Don Melchor’s general manager, Enrique Tirado, participated in several podcasts from the United States. Programs included were Grape Minds (with Gina Birch and Julie Glenn), Exploring the Wine Glass (with Lori Budd), Sips, Suds, and Smokes (with Bob Howell), and Bring the Bottle, The Three Drinkers (with Aidy Smith and Helena Nicklin). Topics involved Don Melchor’s history, its different vintages, and some of the challenges faced by wines from the new world.
