At Casa Don Melchor, we take care of every detail to ensure you enjoy an exceptional experience.

Reservations: Reservations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your selected date.

Availability: Experiences are available Monday to Saturday, excluding public and national holidays. We remain closed on Sundays.

Policy for Under-18s:

Due to the nature of our tasting experiences, visits are exclusive to guests aged 18 and over.

Exception: At the Casa Don Melchor Lunch, under-18s may attend when accompanied by a responsible adult.

Any beverages not included in the Don Melchor pairing menu such as soft drinks, sparkling water or juices will be charged additionally

Casa Don Melchor Lunch – Details for Under-18s

• Access: Free of charge for all guests under 18.
• Children’s menu: Available at CLP $25,000 for children who will not be consuming dishes from the Don Melchor menu and whose parents request it.

Supervision and responsibility: All minors must remain under the direct supervision of their parents or guardians throughout the visit. Viña Don Melchor SpA accepts no responsibility for incidents, accidents or any eventuality involving minors within our premises.

Pets: Pets are not permitted within our facilities.

Responsibility for Damage:

• All visitors must observe and respect the internal rules of use and behaviour. Any damage caused to furniture, objects or heritage elements will be the responsibility of the visitor who caused it.
• Where damages are caused by minors, their parents or guardians must assume full responsibility and cover all associated repair or replacement costs.

Refund Policy:

• Cancellations made 8 days or more in advance are eligible for a 100% refund.
• Cancellations made 72 hours or less before the experience—including same-day cancellations—may be rescheduled, subject to an additional fee, which will be communicated at the time of the request.

Helipad

We offer a helipad for guests who wish to arrive by air. Use of the helipad requires prior coordination with our team and is subject to availability.

Viña Don Melchor SpA is not responsible for any damage, delays or contingencies associated with aircraft use or with transport services contracted by visitors.

The aircraft operator is solely responsible for full compliance with current DGAC regulations and established aviation safety procedures.

Use of the Eduardo Guilisasti Room

The room may be used for meetings or other activities and is available for hire.

Rates:

• CLP $600,000 when booked together with a Don Melchor experience.
• CLP $800,000 when hired independently, without a Don Melchor experience.

Use of the projector and screen is authorised exclusively for meeting purposes.

Attaching any presentation materials to the walls is strictly prohibited, and independently bringing food or refreshments is not permitted.

Users must respect all rules of use and noise levels, avoiding disruption to activities taking place in adjacent rooms.

Terms and Conditions of Use

1) Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of donmelchor.com and the sale/booking of experiences at Casa Don Melchor. They complement—and are incorporated into—the Terms and Conditions of donmelchor.com (owned by Viña Concha y Toro S.A.). For any matter not outlined here, the policies of Viña Don Melchor SpA shall apply.

2) Age Requirement and Responsible Consumption

This site and its content are intended for individuals of legal drinking age in their country of residence.

3) Website Use and Intellectual Property

All content on donmelchor.com belongs to Viña Don Melchor SpA. Unauthorised copying, reproduction, modification or distribution is prohibited. Product and experience specifications may change without prior notice.

4) Information, Links and Liability Limitations

Our site may contain links to third-party websites. Viña Don Melchor SpA is not responsible for their content. Although we aim to keep information updated, delays or changes may occur. We are not liable for damages or viruses resulting from accessing or using the site.

5) Data Protection

Personal data handling is governed by the current Privacy Policy of Viña Don Melchor SpA. By booking or contacting us, you accept this policy.

6) Conduct and Safety

Viña Don Melchor SpA reserves the right to deny entry or request the removal of any person who arrives in an unsuitable condition, including:

• Evident intoxication by alcohol or substances.
• Behaviour that compromises safety, coexistence, or the proper development of the experience.

Entry denial or removal does not entitle a refund.

Bringing in food, unauthorised beverages or any illegal substances is prohibited. No behaviour that disturbs other visitors or endangers the team or guests will be tolerated.

Playing music in common areas through mobile devices or other equipment is prohibited. Any use of speakers or music installations must be requested and authorised in advance.

7) Photography and Filming

Personal photography is allowed, provided it does not interfere with operations or other visitors. Commercial or professional use requires prior written authorisation.

8) Prices, Taxes and Changes

Prices are shown in the currency indicated during purchase and may change without prior notice until the reservation is confirmed and paid. Promotions apply according to their published terms and validity.

9) Invoicing

If you require an invoice or receipt, please indicate this when making your reservation and provide the necessary details.

10) Jurisdiction and Disputes

Any dispute will be submitted to the Courts of Justice located at the domicile of Viña Concha y Toro S.A., in accordance with Chilean law.

11) Updates

These Terms and Conditions may be amended when necessary. We recommend reviewing them periodically before booking.
