In fact, its 2018 vintage received a perfect score of 100 points from the renowned American critic James Suckling, the highest rating a wine can receive.

Its position now as a benchmark for excellence is the result of the arduous work done by a team led by Enrique Tirado, CEO and Technical Director for Viña Don Melchor. Every year, they join forces to achieve the perfect blend to represent the unique character of Puente Alto, its place of origin.
