This experience begins with a sommelier guiding you through a tasting of each of the seven plots of the Don Melchor vineyard. You will also sample the various blends created from these plots and the current vintage of Don Melchor, all complemented by a cheese plate.
You can take a stroll through Casa Don Melchor, which preserves the original style of the late nineteenth century. Explore the gardens designed by the French designer Guillaume Renner and visit the historic cellar where Don Melchor wines are aged in French oak barrels.
Then, you will be challenged to create your own blend of Don Melchor wine, aiming to capture the essence of the terroir of our iconic Cabernet Sauvignon.
