The renowned and influential American sommelier André Mack recently visited Casa Don Melchor to deepen his knowledge of the iconic Don Melchor Cabernet Sauvignon.

As part of his trip through Chile, during which he toured a select group of wineries, André Mack had the opportunity to learn firsthand about the history, origin, and legacy that have made Don Melchor a world-class reference. 

During his visit to Viña Don Melchor, André Mack tasted the three most emblematic vineyard parcels, as well as their blend and the 2022 vintage of Don Melchor. He was accompanied by Enrique Tirado, CEO and Technical Director of the winery, with whom he shared an enriching conversation about the exceptional qualities of the terroir and the foundational pillars that have established Don Melchor as a world-class wine. 

It is worth noting that André Mack, who began his career in the finance industry before dedicating himself to the world of wine, has become a highly influential digital communicator in the United States, bringing wine culture closer to new audiences with an innovative and fresh approach.
