With attendance limited to just 15 guests, the event became a truly unique opportunity to connect with a knowledgeable audience passionate about fine dining and wine. The experience featured a high-level sensory pairing dinner and a comparative tasting of the 2019 vintage and the outstanding 2021 vintage of Don Melchor, recognized as the No. 1 wine in the world by Wine Spectator. The evening achieved an exceptional balance between the culinary proposal and the excellence of Chile’s iconic Cabernet Sauvignon.
