 “Don Melchor team has been concerned about water efficiency for more than 20 years, but the information we are obtaining from the Sundial Vineyard will undoubtedly allow us to use water even more efficiently in the future, particularly in relation to vine orientation and planting density. This will enable us to introduce measures in our vineyard to overcome the challenges posed by a more variable and changing climate”, is part of what the winemaker explains in the video.
