Casa Don Melchor is a unique heritage site with more than 150 years of history, located just 45 minutes from Santiago. This iconic place offers a top-level wine tourism experience, where you can discover the story of excellence behind one of the most awarded Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon in the world: Don Melchor, a true icon from Chile.
Declared as National Historic Monument in 1971, Casa Don Melchor offers experiences that allow you to immerse yourself in the rich history surrounding this neoclassical-style house. Surrounded by a 22 hectares park featuring centuries-old trees that stretch to the banks of the Maipo River, the gardens were originally designed by French landscape architect Guillaume Renner, where he combined French and English styles to create “a small open-air museum,” with tree-lined avenues, winding paths, and a diversity of trees, shrubs, flowerbeds, and water features.
Today, Parque Concha y Toro is under the care of renowned Chilean landscape designer Juan Grimm, who has led its restoration since 2016, reviving its original spirit and highlighting its heritage value.
If you’re looking for exclusive and memorable wine tourism experiences, we invite you to discover Casa Don Melchor’s high-level wine experiences, carefully designed for those seeking a unique and personalized journey.
