During his visit to Chile, the renowned Brazilian wine journalist Luiz Horta visited the House of Don Melchor to taste the latest vintages of our iconic wine.

Luiz Horta, a well-known journalist and wine expert from Brazil, recently visited our country to discover the latest trends in the world of wine and to learn about the evolution of the Chilean wine sector, especially since his last visit around six years ago. 

On this occasion, Enrique Tirado, CEO and Technical Director of Viña Don Melchor, led an exclusive tasting of the last six vintages of Puente Alto’s iconic Cabernet Sauvignon: Don Melchor. 

“It was a great opportunity to taste with Luiz from the 2018 to the 2022 vintage of Don Melchor, a wine that has undoubtedly proven its great aging potential and exceptional consistency over the years,” comments Enrique Tirado.
