The event, titled “Boragó x Manresa – Global Icons,” consists of five exclusive dinners where renowned Chilean chef Rodolfo Guzmán will bring the culinary vision of his award-winning restaurant Boragó to the legendary Manresa, a three-Michelin-star restaurant founded by chef David Kinch.
For five nights, Boragó will take over Manresa’s kitchen as part of the 16th collaboration in the “Globally Acclaimed Restaurants” series—an initiative led by David Kinch that each month showcases culinary experiences from around the world in California. Previous editions have featured acclaimed international restaurants such as Aponiente, Atomix, D.O.M., and Odette.
This time, the experience will include a pairing menu curated by the Boragó team, featuring a standout selection of Chilean wines, including the award-winning 2021 vintage of Don Melchor.
“We are very pleased that Don Melchor 2021—recognized as Wine of the Year by Wine Spectator—will be part of this exclusive occasion. It’s a unique opportunity to further elevate Chile’s fine wines on the international stage, alongside two global icons of haute cuisine,” said Enrique Tirado, CEO and Technical Director of Viña Don Melchor.
The event’s organization, ticket sales, and service will be managed by the Manresa team, while Boragó will be in charge of the culinary concept and wine pairings. For more information and ticket reservations, click here.
